RANMETRIC BOOK AN AUDIT
Independent AI value audits

Your network is live.
What is it returning?

Ranmetric measures what your private network, neutral host or in-building system could actually earn — before you invest further. Fixed fee. Two weeks. Vendor-neutral.

The audit lens classifies crowds into queue, density, ingress and energy events.

The problem

Connectivity was the easy part.

Around the world, venues, ports and factories have invested in private 5G, neutral host systems and in-building networks.

The announcements promised AI-driven operations: predictive maintenance, crowd analytics, automated quality, smarter staffing. Then the announcements went quiet.

Not because the technology failed — because nobody independently answered the only question that matters: which use cases actually pay back on this site, in what order, and by how much?

Vendors answer it with a sales pitch. Internal teams answer it with a business case the board discounts. We answer it with a measurement.

The product

The AI Readiness Audit

One site. A fixed fee, a fixed timeline, fixed deliverables. No new hardware, no disruption to operations.

Map what you already have

Network capability, camera estate, sensors, operational data sources, edge compute headroom. Works with any vendor's kit.

Put a price on every use case

8–12 candidate AI use cases ranked by payback, using your site's own numbers: footfall, throughput, downtime, staffing, energy.

One document, two audiences

What to deploy, what to skip, what it returns — plus a 90-day pilot design your ops team can run and a one-page summary your CFO reads in five minutes.

We will tell you if the answer is "nothing yet."

That honesty is the product. An audit that always recommends buying something isn't an audit.

Who it's for

Anywhere a network was built and the value question wasn't answered.

Venues & arenas

Your neutral host network is built. We find what it can carry.

Ingress flow, F&B queue conversion, crowd-density safety, staff deployment, energy — ranked against your event calendar and per-head revenue.

Ports & logistics

The network is announced. Which use case goes first?

Asset visibility, safety monitoring and automation readiness scored against terminal throughput and dwell-time economics on new private 5G estates.

Manufacturing

Turn monitoring into prevention.

Quality-deviation early warning, equipment condition and yield analytics on the private network you already run — valued in downtime hours and scrap avoided.

Network owners & operators

An independent value story your customers will accept.

Help enterprise clients commit to the next phase with a payback number that didn't come from the party selling the kit.

Why independent

Every other party at the table earns more when you buy more.

NO HARDWARE

We sell no radios, no servers, no cameras. Ever.

NO RESELLING

We don't resell platforms or hold vendor "partnerships" that pay us.

NO COMMISSIONS

Our fee is the same whatever we recommend — including recommending nothing.

That's why our number is the one your board can trust, your vendor can be held to, and your enterprise customers will accept.

Who we are

We come from the operator side of the table.

Ranmetric was founded by network professionals with nearly two decades each inside major mobile operators — the people in the room when private network and in-building investments were announced, deployed, and then quietly left to plateau. We built Ranmetric to close the gap we kept watching open: between what networks promise and what they measurably return.

The audit is what we always wished someone independent had put in front of us.

One site. Two weeks. One number.

Find out what your network is really worth before your next investment decision.
